- How to book:
- MEMBERS: Sign into the membership area and let us know (using the account page) how many people and the room types (single, double, twin) that you want to reserve. You will then be able to pay on-line or get instructions on check payment by mail.
- NEW MEMBERS: To book this trip you must be a member of The World Tour travel adventure club. Club membership is $50 per calendar year (No membership requirement for under eighteens traveling with a guardian and for subsequent years where you are not on a club trip).

- Terms & conditions:
- Airline Baggage Charges: The trip price does not include any potential airline baggage fees. Baggage charges are determined solely by the airline and are subject to change. Typically, carry-on and one checked bag are included, but this is subject to airline policies.
- Payment Terms: All payments must be received by the scheduled payment date. Payments can be made via US Mail to the post office box listed on your account page, via bank transfer, or through PayPal (subject to a 4% transaction fee). The club is not responsible for delays in postal or banking systems. Non-payment will result in reservation cancellation.
- Payment Plan: Depending on the payment plan you choose, additional costs may apply. Please check your account for the available payment options. Generally, if a payment plan is offered, it will be applies or should be selected when you make more than two payments (initial deposit & balance) and/or when payments are spread over a period of more than thirty days from your initial reservation.
- No Refunds or Transfers: Trip payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance. On certain trips, insurance may be mandatory, and failure to provide proof of insurance may result in your inability to participate, with no refund provided.
- Upgrades and Options: Upgrades (such as room upgrades, flight options, equipment rentals, etc.) are payable with your initial deposit or upon request for changes. Upgrades are non-refundable and cannot be modified after confirmation unless explicitly approved in writing by the club. Canceling an upgrade or reservation may result in the cancellation of the entire trip reservation, without refund.
- Membership: Membership in The World Tour is required for trip participation, and fees must be paid with the initial deposit for each Calendar year you participate in one or more trips. If your trip is next year, you are paying for next year’s membership.
- Rooming and Singles Policy: If you are a single traveler, you must either purchase a single-occupancy upgrade if available, or arrange for a roommate. In the event of a roommate cancellation, you will be responsible for paying the single-occupancy rate if available and approved.
- Responsibility for Reservation Details: It is your responsibility to verify all reservation details on your account page. The club is not responsible for any errors or omissions.
- Late Payments: Failure to make payments by the due date will result in cancellation of your reservation. Post-dated payments are not permitted. Late payments, if accepted, are subject to additional fees. Failure to make payments on time may result in forfeiture of any upgrades or add-ons, including single-occupancy rooms and excursions.
- Flight Costs: Flight costs are estimated and may be subject to additional taxes or surcharges. Flight prices are generally available ten months before departure. Any necessary adjustments to the estimated flight price will be included in the final payment.
- Right to Modify Itinerary: The club reserves the right to alter flight options, transportation, accommodations, or vessel options as necessary due to availability, weather, local conditions, or any other reason deemed necessary by the club. The club is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
- Promotional Items and SWAG: The club is not responsible for the quality or availability of promotional items, trip apparel, or giveaways. These items are subject to availability and may be substituted. No changes or refunds are available for trip apparel or SWAG items.
- Passport and Visa Requirements: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your passport is valid for at least six months after the trip end date, and for meeting all visa and entry requirements. Failure to meet these requirements may result in your inability to participate, with no refund provided.
- Underage Participants: Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, who is responsible for all expenses and decisions related to the minor, including medical care. The club is not responsible for the health, safety, or conduct of minors.
- Non-Refundable Taxes and Fees: Additional fees, such as city or tourist taxes, are generally not included in the trip price and must be paid directly to the hotel. These fees, if they exist, typically range from $1 to $3 per person, per day, depending on the destination.
- Flight Arrangements: If you arrange your own flights, you are responsible for meeting the group’s transfer schedule. The club will not be responsible for missed transfers due to delayed or changed flights.
- Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other potential risks. If insurance is mandatory for the trip, proof of insurance must be provided by the member prior to departure.
- Disability Accommodations: The club is not responsible for providing ADA or disability accommodations on international trips. You participate in all activities at your own risk and are solely responsible for assessing your physical abilities and limitations.
- Supplier Contact: Direct contact with the club's suppliers or vendors is strictly forbidden without written authorization from the club. Unauthorized attempts to join the trip or solicit participation, or have others join the trip without a club reservation will result in your removal from the trip without a refund.
- Behavioral Conduct: The World Tour reserves the right to terminate your participation in the trip if, in its sole discretion, your behavior is deemed to be disruptive, offensive, illegal, or harmful to other participants, staff, or property. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the club reserves the right to pursue claims for damages, including legal fees, resulting from your behavior.
- Misrepresentation: Any form of misrepresentation, including but not limited to falsifying information about yourself, other members of your party, or any details of your reservation, is strictly prohibited. This includes inaccurate or fraudulent claims related to identity, medical conditions, trip qualifications, or other personal information. The club reserves the sole discretion to determine whether misrepresentation has occurred. In the event of any misrepresentation, The World Tour reserves the right to immediately terminate your reservation and all associated services without notice or refund. Furthermore, you may be held liable for any costs or damages incurred as a result of such misrepresentation, including legal fees, additional trip costs, or other related expenses.
- Indemnification: By participating in the trip, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The World Tour, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and losses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the trip. This includes, but is not limited to, claims resulting from injuries, negligent and intentional acts, damages to property, or third-party claims arising from your actions or omissions during the trip.
- Force Majeure: The World Tour shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is caused by, or results from, acts of God, war, civil unrest, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond the club's control. In such cases, the club reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the trip without liability or obligation to provide refunds. Refunds or credits, if any, will be provided at the sole discretion of The World Tour.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, The World Tour’s total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to your trip shall be limited to the amount you paid for your trip to The World Tour - Travel Adventure Club, LLC. In no event shall The World Tour be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, even if The World Tour has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Health and Safety: You are solely responsible for determining your physical fitness and capability to participate in the trip's activities. The World Tour is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions that may occur during the trip, and you participate in all activities at your own risk. It is recommended that you consult with a medical professional before participating in any physical activities related to the trip.
- Photography and Media Consent: By participating in the trip, you grant The World Tour the irrevocable right to use any photographs, videos, or media taken during the trip for promotional or marketing purposes, without compensation. You waive any claims against the club for the use of your likeness in such materials.
- Compliance with Local Laws: You agree to comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs during the trip. The World Tour is not responsible for any legal issues, fines, or penalties that may arise from your failure to adhere to such laws.
- Waiver of Class Action: You agree that any dispute related to these terms or the trip will be resolved on an individual basis. You expressly waive your right to participate in any class action, collective, or representative proceeding against The World Tour.
- Dispute Resolution/Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, including but not limited to claims related to the trip or services provided, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Arbitration shall be conducted in a location and state of the club’s choosing, and each party shall bear its own costs and legal fees.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and The World Tour – Travel Adventure Club, LLC, it’s agents and representatives.
